The American Liver Foundation (ALF) has created a very special legacy fund to support pediatric families battling liver disease. This fund was created in honor of Tom Nealon, ALF National Board Member, former ALF National Board of Directors Chair, and former CEO & President.

Tom’s Pediatric Liver Disease Legacy Fund was officially announced this past fall at the ALF National Legacy Gala when Tom was honored for his leadership.

This Pediatric Liver Disease Legacy Fund helps provide educational support for pediatric families, engage families in a parent-to-parent mentoring program, launch a transition program for adolescent liver patients transitioning to young adulthood, and provide travel funds to pediatric families wishing to attend educational programs and advocacy events.
