Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt (non-fat)
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon chopped nuts (almonds or walnuts)

Instructions:

  1. Mix teaspoon of honey into yogurt and top with nuts.
