Oatmeal with Fruit

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 apple (diced)
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp chopped walnuts

Instructions:

  1. Bring water to a boil in a pot and add oats.
  2. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Add diced apple and cinnamon and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  4. Top with chopped walnuts before serving.
