Prepare bell peppers and onions. Combine peppers, onions and cheese into a bowl and set aside.
In a separate bowl, whisk eggs with milk and salt-free seasoning until well mixed.
Put a small amount of olive oil on pan and warm skillet over medium heat. Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and cook until the edges begin to firm (about 2 minutes).
While the eggs are still slightly runny, add pepper, onion and cheese mix to the omelet.
Carefully fold the other half of the omelet over the fillings. Cook for another 1-2 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the omelet is cooked through. Serve and enjoy!
