Liver Loving Omelet

Ingredients:

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • Salt Free Seasoning
  • 1/4 cup non-fat shredded cheese
  • 1/4 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup diced onions
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil


Instructions

  1. Prepare bell peppers and onions. Combine peppers, onions and cheese into a bowl and set aside.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk eggs with milk and salt-free seasoning until well mixed.
  3. Put a small amount of olive oil on pan and warm skillet over medium heat. Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and cook until the edges begin to firm (about 2 minutes).
  4. While the eggs are still slightly runny, add pepper, onion and cheese mix to the omelet.
  5. Carefully fold the other half of the omelet over the fillings. Cook for another 1-2 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the omelet is cooked through. Serve and enjoy!
