Breakfast Couscous with Fruit

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh raspberries
  • ½ cup raisins
  • ½ cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • ½ cup raw pumpkin seeds
  • ¼ cup maple syrup (optional)
  • 4½ cups cooked couscous

Instructions:

  • Cook couscous by following the instructions provided on the packaging.
  • Combine additional ingredients and optional maple syrup to warm, cooked couscous. Mix ingredients well and serve.
