Acai Bowl

Ingredients:

  • 2 packets of frozen Acai puree (unsweetened, about 100g each)
  • 1 frozen banana, sliced
  • 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries (such as strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk or any milk of your choice
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • Toppings (optional): granola, sliced fresh fruits (banana, berries, kiwi), coconut flakes, chia seeds, hemp seeds, nuts, nut butter, etc.

Instructions:

  1. Remove the frozen Acai from the freezer and break into smaller chunks.
  2. In a blender, combine the Acai chunks, frozen banana slices, mixed berries, almond milk, and honey or maple syrup (if using).
  3. Blend on high until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides of the blender as needed. The texture should be thick and spoonable.
  4. Pour the Acai mixture into a bowl and arrange your desired toppings over the Acai base.

Tips:

  • Customize your Acai bowl with your favorite toppings. Fresh fruits, nuts, seeds, and granola add texture and flavor.
  • If the Acai mixture is too thick, add a splash more almond milk to help blend it smoothly.
