Mike Braunstein

Mike Braunstein is a partner in PwC's Pharmaceutical Life Science Practice. He advises commercial pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies on the management of complex organizational changes like broad based business restructuring, systems implementation and achieving operational excellence. Mike is a CPA and brings technical expertise to advising on complex transactions such as revenue recognition, business combinations, joint ventures, collaborations, equity transactions, global tax optimization and stock offerings.

Connection to Liver Disease
Mike joined ALF’s National Board in 2010 through a close family member. His extensive knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and his ability to manage complex business operations makes him a strong asset to the national board and ALF’s Audit Committee, which he is Chair.
