Carlo Frappolli retired in 2019 from JPMorgan Chase, where he held senior leadership roles throughout his 20-year career. He now provides executive coaching to select clients via his consulting firm, FRAPPSTRONG. Carlo is credited with restructuring several corporate HR functions and building robust talent management and leadership development programs.
Carlo has helped grow several private companies, including a company manufacturing and distributing sports trading cards, which he helped grow to over $100 million in annual revenues.
Connection to Liver Disease
Carlo became involved with ALF when his son, Domenic was diagnosed with biliary atresia in 1994. This is Carlo’s second time serving on the national board.
