Carlo Frappolli

Carlo Frappolli retired in 2019 from JPMorgan Chase, where he held senior leadership roles over a 20‑year career. He now provides executive coaching to select clients through his consulting firm, FRAPPSTRONG. Throughout his career, Carlo has been recognized for restructuring corporate HR functions and building strong talent management and leadership development programs.

In addition, Carlo has helped grow several private companies, including a sports trading card manufacturing and distribution business that scaled to more than $100 million in annual revenue.

Carlo became involved with ALF after his son, Domenic, was diagnosed with biliary atresia in 1994. This marks Carlo’s second term serving on ALF’s National Board of Directors. He also serves as a member of ALF’s Nominating Committee, bringing deep organizational leadership experience and a long‑standing personal commitment to advancing liver health.
