During the April 2023 Life with Life with Pediatric Liver Disease & Beyond Forum we discussed the transition from pediatrics to adult care with Melissa Semp, Family Nurse Practitioner, Gastroenterology, Hepatology & Nutrition. Melissa is also the lead clinician for the Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children's Hospital of Chicago's multidisciplinary solid organ transition clinic.
