Ask the Experts - Caregivers and Mental Health

During this Ask the Experts we discussed how caregivers can prioritize their mental health, while also serving as a caretaker for others. Caregivers play a vital role in the patient’s journey. This event was moderated by Charlie Thomas, LCSW, ACSW, with presenters Dr. Kris Cooper from Banner University Medical Center Phoenix/University of Arizona (retired) and Dr. Christian Cornelius, Medical Director of Inpatient Psychiatry and a Clinical Professor of Psychiatry at Banner-University Medical Center Phoenix.
