In this week’s Health Policy Round-Up, ALF shares the most up to date news happening in Washington DC.

  • On November 13th the federal government re-opened after a 43-day shutdown. Earlier this week the Senate and House of Representatives passed a bipartisan funding bill through January 30th, 2026, which was signed by President Trump Wednesday night. The bill provides funding for the following federal agencies through the end of September 2026, Legislative Branch, Military Construction, Veterans Affairs, Agriculture, Rural Development, and the Food and Drug Administration. Both chambers of Congress will be in session next week.
