Veggie Wrap

Ingredients:

  • 1 whole wheat wrap
  • 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/4 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/4 cup sliced cucumbers
  • 1 tbsp hummus (store purchased or homemade).

Instructions:

  1. Spread 1 tbsp of hummus over the whole wheat wrap.
  2. Layer with shredded lettuce, shredded carrots, and sliced cucumbers.
  3. Fold in the top and bottom while rolling up the wrap. Slice in half and serve!
