Tomato & Cucumber Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
  • 1 cup cucumber slices
  • 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp dried basil

Instructions:

  1. Combine halved cherry tomatoes and cucumber slices in a bowl.
  2. Drizzle with red wine vinegar and sprinkle with dried basil.
  3. Toss gently and serve.
