Tilapia with Asparagus

Ingredients:

  • 2 - 4 oz tilapia fillet
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp dried dill
  • 2 cups asparagus
  • Lemon slices (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and place tilapia fillet and asparagus on a baking sheet. Drizzle with lemon juice and sprinkle with dill.
  2. Bake for 20-25 minutes until fish flakes easily with a fork.
  3. Serve while warm and top with optional lemon slices!
