Ingredients:
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- Optional: splash of milk if batter is too thick
Instructions:
- Add the rolled oats, banana, egg and cinnamon to a blender or food processor.
- Blend until the mixture forms a thick but spoonable batter. Add a small splash of milk if batter is too thick.
- Preheat a griddle or skillet over medium-low heat and lightly grease.
- Scoop small spoonfuls of batter onto the griddle, forming mini, bitesized, pancakes, about 2–3 inches wide.
- Cook until golden and set.
