Caprese Salad on a Stick

Ingredients:

  • ½ lb fresh mozzarella cheese (approximately 3 round cheese balls)
  • 15 basil leaves
  • 15 cherry tomatoes
  • 3 teaspoon extra-virgin olive oil
  • Skewers
  • Salt free seasoning

Instructions           

  1. In order, assemble cheese, basil and tomato onto the skewer; roughly 3 tomatoes, 3 mozzarella balls and 3 basil leaves per skewer. Ingredients should make 5 skewers.
  2. Drizzle olive oil over assembled skewer, and salt free seasoning if desired. Enjoy!
