Ingredients:
- ½ lb fresh mozzarella cheese (approximately 3 round cheese balls)
- 15 basil leaves
- 15 cherry tomatoes
- 3 teaspoon extra-virgin olive oil
- Skewers
- Salt free seasoning
Instructions
- In order, assemble cheese, basil and tomato onto the skewer; roughly 3 tomatoes, 3 mozzarella balls and 3 basil leaves per skewer. Ingredients should make 5 skewers.
- Drizzle olive oil over assembled skewer, and salt free seasoning if desired. Enjoy!
