Ingredients:

  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen spinach
  • 1/2 cup frozen berries
  • 1 tbsp flax seeds

Instructions:

  1. Blend almond milk, banana, frozen spinach, frozen berries, and flax seeds until smooth.
  2. Pour into a bowl and top with extra berries or seeds if desired.
