I was first diagnosed with Hepatitis C on October 16, 2019. I was lost and confused. I had no idea what I was dealing with.
However, my team of doctors helped me get through the first rough couple of months. I was placed on a treatment plan, but the damage was done to my liver and spleen.
Today I have learned how to live with it, how to eat properly and the importance of water.
I have turned my nutrition around. I do feel healthier because I’m able to make better choices for my liver.
Exercising can get difficult at time s due to my hip dysplasia. I have titanium in my right hip, but I have a walking routine that’s keeps me going.
I love that I understand my body more and what it needs to stay healthy. This has been a lesson for me. This knowledge helps me make better choices for my family
Listen to your body, eat healthy, drink lots of water. If allowed – walk, run, whatever your body allows physically do it.. you will feel better
