Fred Kostecki is Managing Partner of the St. Louis office of RubinBrown LLP, one of the nation’s leading accounting and professional consulting firms. He works with mid‑ to large‑sized public and privately held clients, primarily in the distribution, manufacturing, and professional services industries, and brings extensive expertise in accounting, diversified audits, and business planning.

Fred and his family became involved with ALF in 2022 when he and his wife, Kristin, ran the 126th Boston Marathon with ALF’s Liver Life Challenge® Team to raise funds for the liver community. Their daughter, Abigail, was diagnosed at age four with congenital hepatic fibrosis with portal hypertension. Since then, Fred and Kristin have continued running with Team ALF, using endurance events to raise awareness and critical funds in support of liver disease research, education, and patient services.

Fred brings a strong combination of professional leadership, personal commitment, and fundraising passion to advance ALF’s mission on behalf of patients and families nationwide. In addition to serving as a member of the board, Fred also serves as Chair of ALF’s Audit Committee and a member of ALF’s Executive and Finance Committees.
