Join us for American Liver Foundation’s (ALF) Connecticut Primary Care Consortium. Featuring liver health experts from Yale New Haven Hospital, this interactive professional education program is designed to help primary care physicians better identify, screen and diagnose liver disease and liver cancer in their patients. Topics will Include:

  • Liver Disease Risk Factors
  • Hepatocellular Carcinoma (HCC) - Screening, diagnosing and treating
  • Collaborating with Tertiary Centers for Cirrhosis Patients
  • Think Liver Think Life - ALF’s national public health initiative raising awareness and screening for liver disease.
