DESCRIPTION:The American Liver Foundation offers this support network for people who have been diagnosed with liver disease and those who are awaiting liver transplant. Liver disease can pose many unique challenges\, both physically and emotionally. Sharing the Journey with others who face these challenges can be extremely helpful. Having a connection with others who truly understand what you are going through can reduce your feelings of isolation and help you find ways to cope. A licensed social worker will facilitate all sessions. There is no fee to participate. You must be aged 18 or older to join. DESCRIPTION:The American Liver Foundation offers this support network for people who have been diagnosed with liver disease and those who are awaiting liver transplant. Liver disease can pose many unique challenges\, both physically and emotionally. Sharing the Journey with others who face these challenges can be extremely helpful. Having a connection with others who truly understand what you are going through can reduce your feelings of isolation and help you find ways to cope. A licensed social worker will facilitate all sessions. There is no fee to participate. You must be aged 18 or older to join.
