Susan Sherman Stone

Susan Stone has a BA in Mathematics from Boston University and an MST from Bentley University. She has an extensive background in tax and financial planning and spent six years at Price Waterhouse in both audit and tax. Susan was Tax Manager of the Theatre Division at General Cinema Corp prior to joining the firm which became Needel, Welch & Stone PC where she became a principal in tax and financial planning.

Connection to Liver Disease
Susan is a liver patient who became involved with ALF after throwing a 30th anniversary celebration fundraiser for ALF in 2001 raising $50,000. Since her involvement, she has developed several fundraising challenges for the local area, including a $10K match for Team ALF at the Boston Marathon in 2021 and 2022, which helped increase Team ALF’s fundraising revenue by $150K.
