There are many ways you can help in the fight against liver disease. Here are the forms and information you need.

Donate by Mail

If you would like to donate to ALF by mail, please download and complete the appropriate donations form (see right).

Make Gifts of Stock

Donate Your Used Vehicle

Our "Drive Away Liver Disease" program allows you to make a tax-deductible donation of your used vehicles to ALF. It's a simple and efficient way to get rid of a used vehicle. In addition to the benefit of making a charitable donation to the Foundation, you avoid the hassle of advertising, fixing, and independently selling your vehicle.
